Key elements of your roleas Restaurant Manager:
- To provide friendlycourteousand professional serviceat all timesto the highest standards leading by example.
- To build and maintain an efficient team of employees driving the team towards the objectives of the business.
- To develop a learning culture and to ensure that all team members feel valued and rewarded.
- To manage all employees in line with the agreed skills and standards giving regular feedback and appraisals
- To ensure all guest requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
- Analyse Mystery Diner reports and communicate them back to your team finding ways to improve and learn.
About you:
- You have 2years experience in this position
- You have the experienceand skillsto oversee and supporta team of managers as well as the entire front of house operation.
- You love to wow guests with exceptional service and you can cope well under pressure during a busy service.
- You have excellent English language skills
