About the Role
Were looking for a highly motivated Senior Associate to join our Capital Raising team. This is a dynamic and externallyfacing role supporting fundraising efforts and relationship management across institutional investors thirdparty introducers and placement agents. Youll play a key role in shaping investor engagement preparing marketing materials and delivering insights that drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Source new institutional leads through market mapping events and referrals
Identify and introduce new thirdparty introducers and placement agents
Support investor due diligence processes throughout the fundraising lifecycle
Maintain accurate investor records and pipeline updates in the CRM
Relationship Management
Act as the daytoday point of contact for existing and prospective investors
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional allocators and consultants
Capture and track investor feedback meeting notes and next steps in CRM
Support the management and development of introducer/placement agent relationships
Marketing & Communications
Develop and maintain compelling fundraising materials and sales decks
Lead the creation of pitch documents proposals and investor presentations
Contribute to investor updates market commentary and portfolio communications
Represent the business at industry events panels and investor briefings
Internal Reporting & Insights
Produce competitor analysis market intelligence and strategic insights
Support internal reporting including quarterly fundraising updates and adhoc presentations
Key Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience in private markets fundraising investor relations or a placement agent role
Strong knowledge of institutional and family office investors
Understanding of private credit and/or real estate strategies is highly desirable
Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively
Strong interpersonal skills with a clientfirst mindset and collaborative approach
Excellent verbal and written communication with high attention to detail
Proficiency in PowerPoint Excel and Word
Familiarity with global marketing regulations and crossborder fundraising compliance
