Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary:(dependent on qualifications and experience)
Hours: Full-time 41 hours per week

Are you a caring and dedicated Early Years practitioner looking to make a real difference

Our client is looking for an experienced and caring Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their welcoming nursery which caters for children aged 05 years. This nursery provides a warm home-from-home environment with bright age-specific rooms and a spacious garden that encourages exploration play and learning.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate early years educator who thrives in a collaborative child-centred environment and is committed to high-quality care and education.

What Were Looking For:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
  • A positive caring attitude and a genuine passion for working with children
  • Great teamwork and communication skills

What Youll Do:

  • Support the Room Leader with the daily running of the room and the wider nursery
  • Be a Key Person for your group of childrensupporting their development learning and wellbeing
  • Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS framework
  • Carry out observations and assessments to monitor progress
  • Create a safe stimulating and inclusive environmentindoors and outdoors
  • Build strong professional relationships with parents and carers
  • Follow safeguarding and welfare policies at all times
  • Help prepare and maintain resources and learning areas
