Are you a commercially minded Trading Manager with a sharp eye for data and performance
Were hiring a UK Trading Manager to lead trading activity for a wellknown consumer brand balancing commercial planning with handson execution.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home 3 days a week alongside inoffice collaboration in Brighton Sussex.
What You ll Be Doing:
Manage trading performance for the UK market ensuring delivery against sales margin and stock targets.
Lead forecasting planning and promotional activity optimising product availability and profitability.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including merchandising supply chain and marketing to align trading strategy with business goals.
Analyse trading data to make informed decisions and respond quickly to market trends.
Present key performance insights to stakeholders and support ongoing trading improvements.
What You ll Bring:
4 years experience in a similar trading category or commercial role.
Proven background in retail FMCG clothing or a related consumerled industry.
Advanced Excel skills confident in using formulas pivot tables and data models to support forecasting and decisionmaking.
Strong knowledge of stock control promotional planning and commercial forecasting.
Strategic mindset with the ability to manage the detail and see the bigger picture.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
