Works with the Senior Product Manager and architect to define epics and related requirements ahead of quarterly planning.
Works to support the Senior Product Manager in maintaining the epic level backlog and ensuring JIRA & Accolade are up to date and all epics are trackable against each value drop.
Creates confluence documentation where necessary to support larger / more complex epics ahead of squad detailed breakdown.
Supports requirements definition in discovery type workshops.
Works with other lead BAs and POs to ensure dependency mapping between workstreams.
Supports in defining high level requirements to allow for tshirt sizing of epics.
Ensures requirements are fed to Design/UX and that Design/UX work feeds into further requirements definition (pairing with product where appropriate).
Understands the priorities of epics and works with other lead BAs SPMs and Delivery Managers to agree order of play of said epics within roadmaps.
Facilitate requirement/solution/UX alignment discussions across squads with other BAs SPMs and SMs
Support with data related queries for items in scope OR utilise squadbased BAs with relevant data knowledge.
