Job Description
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional personalized service to each customer ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Beauty Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of beauty products to offer tailored advice on skincare makeup and fragrance.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct instore demonstrations and consultations to showcase the benefits of our beauty products.
- Sales: Achieve sales targets by understanding customer needs and recommending the perfect products.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in creating visually stunning beauty displays that attract customers and highlight key products.
- Stock Management: Ensure the beauty area is wellstocked organized and that inventory levels are maintained.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to ensure a smooth operation and a cohesive team environment.
Qualifications :
- Beauty Enthusiast: A passion for all things beauty with a strong understanding of skincare makeup and fragrance.
- CustomerFocused: Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Sales Driven: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
- Presentation Skills: Confidence in conducting product demonstrations and consultations.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Flexibility: Availability to work weekends holidays and varying shifts as required.
- Experience: Previous experience in beauty retail or a similar role is highly desirable.
