About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Specialist to manage our retail motor insurance clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless postsale experience fostering longterm client relationships and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Guide new motor insurance clients through the onboarding process ensuring they understand their policy details and benefits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for retail clients addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Proactively manage policy renewals ensuring timely communication and client retention.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in customer success account management or customer service preferably within the insurance or automotive sectors.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Very Good verbal and written English skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to empathize with clients and understand their needs ensuring a humancentered approach in all interactions.
- Attention to detail organization skills and high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to manage pressure and solve problems proactively.
- Building client relations and trust through continuous support and helping them achieve their objectives seamlessly.
