About The Role:

As a Sales Advisor in our Sales Motor Insurance team you ll be responsible for selling Amanleek s motor insurance programs directly to individual customers. Your goal is to understand their needs build trust and guide them toward the most suitable coverage options all while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Present promote and sell motor insurance products to individuals through calls messages and referrals.
  • Understand each customer s specific needs and recommend the most suitable insurance plan in a clear simple and honest way
  • Follow up on leads provided by the system and ensure consistent communication until the sale is closed.
  • Close sales efficiently while ensuring all details are accurately captured and policies are issued smoothly.
  • Maintain organized records of conversations offers and client preferences using our CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering quality service and maintaining customer trust.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover after the sale and support a smooth customer experience.
  • Stay informed about insurance products pricing updates and competitor offerings.


Requirements

  • A bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • 1 3 years of experience in B2C sales Telesales or a similar role.
  • Very good command of verbal and written English skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Targetdriven persistent and comfortable working in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Excellent communication persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Empathetic and clientfocused approach with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow their skills while showing ownership.
  • Effective time management and a collaborative team player.
