Manage daily contacts with existing and prospective retailers via email phone and WhatsApp.
Develop strong lasting commercial relationships.
Organize prioritize and follow up independently.
Understand each retailers positioning and needs to propose the right products.
Support local sellout initiatives and track feedback.
Work closely with KROMs international sales management to grow the brand worldwide.
You will NOT handle major key accounts yourself (they are managed directly by the International Sales Director) your focus will be on empowering and scaling the independent retailer network.
Qualifications :
Excellent communicator: Clear positive persuasive across cultures.
Organized and autonomous: You know how to plan your time prioritize leads and work efficiently without daily supervision.
Natural sales drive: You genuinely enjoy connecting convincing and closing.
Cultural sensitivity: You can easily adapt your tone and style depending on the country and type of client.
Fluent in Arabic French and English (mandatory).
Interest in lifestyle sports or youth culture is a big plus.
