Key Responsibilities
- UI Design Production: Contribute to creating highquality UI assets for product features working closely with product managers business analysts content writers and frontend engineers.
- UX Deliverables: Contribute to UX outputs such as mockups user flows wireframes and interactive prototypes to support feature development and user testing.
- Design System Development: Enrich maintain and curate design system components ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
- Collaboration in Design Operations: Actively support and optimize design workflows processes and tools to enhance team efficiency.
- Team Alignment: Work closely with your manager peers and the Design Operations team to align on goals share feedback and ensure smooth collaboration.
Bring to the Team
- Educational Background & Experience: Degree or equivalent experience in a designrelated field with demonstrated skills in designing for apps and web.
- Technical Expertise: Proven ability to expand design systems with a basic understanding of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG compliance).
- Collaborative Soft Skills: Exceptional selforganization and basic project management skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment embrace feedback and are eager to grow.
- Passion for UserCentric Design: A commitment to creating exceptional products that prioritize user needs and experiences.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills (German proficiency is a plus) to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
