We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/x) for our B2C brand Autohero. This is a demand generation role focused on customer acquisition helping grow our user base and converting customers into finding and buying their next car. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in one of the most exciting industries.

Learn to plan execute and optimise display and programmatic advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads DV360 Meta Outbrain Taboola and others.
Work with image and video ads gaining handson experience in creating multimedia campaigns that drive performance and brandbuilding results.
Explore the vast space of display and programmatic advertising by breaking it into smaller sections setting up targeted tests and analysing results to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop a strong understanding of campaign data using insights to support optimisation efforts.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Design Marketing Automation Video Production etc.) to support the creation of impactful advertising materials.
Stay curious and up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Strong willingness to learn and grow in marketing especially in the field of display and programmatic advertising. Prior experience is not required but any exposure to digital marketing is a plus.
Comfortable working with numbers and data with a detailoriented and analytical mindset.
Organised techsavvy and proactive with a positive cando attitude.
Has basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Google Ads) or a strong interest in learning about platforms like Google Ads DV360 Outbrain and Taboola. First experience with Youtube Ads is a plus.
Fluent in English is a must fluent in another european language such as German French Italian or Dutch is a plus.
