Your mission
Role:
Architect the Foundation of Fintech Innovation in the Cloud. Youll be a key driver in building and maintaining Banxwares robust and secure cloud infrastructure. Your expertise in AWS infrastructureascode and serverless technologies will be crucial in ensuring the reliability scalability and security of our platform enabling seamless and instant financing solutions for our partners and their merchants. Collaborate closely with engineering and security teams to build and operate a cuttingedge compliant and highly available environment.

Architect the Foundation of Fintech Innovation in the Cloud. Youll be a key driver in building and maintaining Banxwares robust and secure cloud infrastructure. Your expertise in AWS infrastructureascode and serverless technologies will be crucial in ensuring the reliability scalability and security of our platform enabling seamless and instant financing solutions for our partners and their merchants. Collaborate closely with engineering and security teams to build and operate a cuttingedge compliant and highly available environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design implement and manage our AWS infrastructure using InfrastructureasCode (IaC) with AWS CDK.
- Build and maintain scalable and costeffective serverless solutions leveraging AWS Lambda DynamoDB and S3.
- Implement and enforce robust security best practices across our AWS environment.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.
- Monitor system performance identify bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions for optimization and high availability.
- Collaborate with development teams to provide guidance and support for cloudnative application development and deployment.
- Implement and manage logging monitoring and alerting systems to ensure platform stability and provide actionable insights.
- Contribute to the definition and enforcement of security policies and compliance standards.
Your profile
Qualifications:
- 5 years of professional DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
- Extensive handson experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Deep understanding and practical experience with InfrastructureasCode tools specifically AWS CDK.
- Proven ability to design build and manage serverless applications using AWS Lambda DynamoDB and S3.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in a cloud environment.
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (e.g. AWS CodePipeline Bitbucket Pipelines).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python Bash).
- Excellent problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience in the Fintech industry or with financial services regulations.
- AWS certifications (e.g. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional AWS Certified Security Specialty).
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes/EKS).
- Familiarity with security scanning tools and vulnerability management processes.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELK stack).
