Service Technician
Location: Home office and fieldbased Germany
50000 (52000 total package)
30 days vacation

As a service technician you will be responsible for themonitoring installation mechanical maintenance and commissioning of core and additional products at the customers site. These are mainly assignments within Germany with a share of about 1020% for international support.
About the role
- Monitoring installation repair and maintenance of our clients core products
- Mechanical assembly work on a wide range of applications.
- Construction site management including management of local service providers / contractors
- Support of the sales team in advising customers on site.
- Supporting the Technical Department in new development projects and identifying new potential services.
- Creation and maintenance of databases as well as preparation of reports and recommendations.
- Projectrelated work such as compiling work packages and assisting in the preparation of work plans.
- Preparation of risk assessments and implementation of safety briefings on site.
- Implementation of internal and external training courses on products application and assembly.
About you
- A technical education as well as several years of experience in the field of assembly and technology.
- Ability to travel field based 34 days per week
- Ability to work in a team and work independently.
- A sense of quality and responsibility.
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Confident handling of MS Office.
- Driving licence class B.
