Tasks
As a Founders Associate focused on Venture Building youll work directly with the founding team to explore and validate new business opportunities at the frontier of AI x Data.
Were a young company led by repeat founders who previously built startups created and ran a VC fund and supported over 20 earlystage companies across Europe. Now were building the foundational data layer for the agentic AI age.
As one of our first hires youll help define new product directions and shape how we operate as a company from day one.
From Day 1 you will:
- Research and validate underserved B2B use cases for agentic/AInative systems
- Engage directly with potential users and customers to understand needs pain points and buying behavior
- Benchmark successful startups (especially in the US) to identify whitespace and localization opportunities
- Design and test new business models pricing strategies and value propositions
- Draft internal memos market maps and early MVP/feature specs
- Contribute to shaping new tools APIs or insights products from idea to prototype
- Support go/nogo decisions based on market feedback and early traction signals
The ideal outcome of your internship: we launch a new product or revenuegenerating stream that you helped originate and shape.

Requirements
- You are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Economics Engineering Computer Science or related fields
- Previous experience in startups strategy consulting VC product management or similar fastpaced environments
- Strong analytical and structured thinking you break down ambiguity into actionable steps
- Great communicator (written verbal) who can confidently talk to users and synthesize insights
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive curious comfortable with uncertainty and executionoriented
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
