You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a Product Manager (f/m/x) to join our Tech Production team which is responsible for developing maintaining and enhancing our production platforms. Our Production platforms support the endtoend process of reconditioning cleaning and quality control of our Autohero used cars.
As a Product Manager you will join our growing Production team take full ownership of the production platforms and deliver measurable impact. Together with our agile development teams and stakeholders across Europe you will work to strategize develop and deploy stateoftheart technologies that will impact the Autohero Production team and also bring industry standards to a new level.

Work closely with our fully crossfunctional development team design teams and internal stakeholders to develop software for our Europeanwide network of refurbishment centers and ensure our AUTOHERO customers receive top quality vehicles
Have a deep understanding of our in house developed refurbishment app the various refurbishment business processes and internal user needs and gain insights to make impactful product decisions
You will lead the full product development lifecycle from ideation requirement gathering design feature prioritization sprint management to adoption with internal software engineering resources
Drive the teams roadmap through datadriven decisions by balancing cost and measuring the impact that the features you develop bring
Close the gap between business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions and fast iterations
A team player who has the desire to work in a fastpaced highly entrepreneurial environment and solve complex business challenges.
Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Product Manager with internal tools in an Agile software development environment not necessarily related to cars or refurbishment
Excellent product management skills and an ability to lead an agile software development team evidence of creative thinking independent problemsolving effective troubleshooting team motivation and conflict resolution
You are an excellent communicator with the ability to understand technical challenges work with complex business processes and products and effectively communicate with development teams and make educated tradeoffs
You have the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop hypotheses design experiments and interpret results
