As Expert Customer Relationship Management you will plan towards improvement of CRM initiatives and will work closely with multiple crossfunctional stakeholders mostly central IT and country keystakeholders.
In this context your responsibilities will include:
- Product strategy and Development Further develop datadriven communications and approaches in collaboration with IT and METRO countries and support product discovery. Planning coordinating and perform quality checks and acceptance of new software products and functions.
- Roll out and harmonization: Lead the planning conception and implementation of solution (corporate solution for Printed and digital catalogues) with multichannel functionalities and modules to new countries to supports sales and marketing initiatives.
- Data Quality Check: Utilize various data points ensure data quality and maintenance and support the further development of technical setups.
- Optimization: Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve templates and catalogue usability.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational or technical issues reported by country teams or partners in a timely and efficient manner.
- Country Support: Provide hands on support to local teams (Countries and stakeholders) ensuring compliance with company processes systems and policies(Legal Marketing purchasing) until issue resolution.
- Training and Guidance: Foster knowledge exchange and community building among CRM and country colleagues manage and hold workshops and training courses for countries.
Qualifications :
Your profile:
- Education: University degree in business administration Marketing or equivalent.
- Expertise: Relevant professional experience in CRM / CRM activation. Worked as product owner/product information systems. (knowledge of Adobe InDesign)
- Digital / IT: Familiarity of CMS platforms basic HTML/CSS. Knowledge of any Marketing automation platform is a plus.
- Personality: You should enjoy networking and working on crossfunctional projects that require strong relationship building as well as handson experience in planning different maps for communication based on countrylevel
- Skillset: Strategic mindset and conceptual skill set. High solutionorientation and pragmatic way of thinking. Datadriven mindset being familiar with data analysis.
- Communication: Fluent English other languages are a plus.
