What Youll Be Doing
Reporting to the Senior Manager Digital Content the Digital Content Lead will be responsible for developing writing editing and proofreading content intended for the Digital Commercial and Business Bankings applications and related materials. This role will help create and maintain editorial standards ensuring a consistent and clientfriendly tone of voice. The Digital Content Lead will work as part of collaborative crossfunctional teams (e.g. Design Product Technology etc.) to effectively deliver a cohesive and compelling user experience and to ensure timely delivery of accurate and concise content. The ideal candidate must be able to work within tight deadlines have strong attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills.
