LPN

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and assisting in the overall management of patient needs. This position offers opportunities in LTC in Vernon. All shifts available. To start as soon as possible.

Duties:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians utilizing a trauma informed patient centered approach

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Lead training/counseling groups

Initial and ongoing assessments throughout treatment

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license with BCCNM required
• Valid Negative TB Test or TB Xray
• N95 Mask Fit Certificate
• Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Adults Sector
• CPR Level C
• Immunization Schedule
