Position Overview:

The QC InLine Production Inspector is responsible for checking inprocess quality during production. They are required to report defects using a tablet and notify the appropriate personnel.

What Youll Do:

Conduct QC inspection and identify the defects based on CG quality criteria during daytoday activities.

Inspection and followup on daily repairs from the production floor.

May speak and communicate with operators on sewing issues.

Inform other QA team members about issues.

Daily followup on implementation and maintenance of quality standards.

Provide regular feedback to the Production and QA team regarding the garments quality performance.

Complete all other duties as required to support the mission of the Production and QA department.

Complies with company policies and procedures and is available to work extra hours when needed.

Lets Talk About You:

Experience in the Garment Industry.

Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Strong knowledge of garment construction.

Must be proactive and take accountability of assigned projects

Highly detailoriented organized and able to multitask

Ability to prioritize multitask operate proactively work as a team and handle challenges

Excellent common sense decisionmaking abilities interpersonal and analytical skills

Ability to evaluate options and generate solutions

Confident articulate organized detailoriented goaloriented selfmotivated and hardworking

Working Conditions:

Manufacturing Environment

Working with products that include feathers

Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 8 hours

Regularly bend lift stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. on a daily/regular.

Walk in/and around the factory with great frequency.
