Bachelors degree in business Management IT or any IT related field
5 years of HCM consulting experience with an HCM software provider preferably with a focus on Core HR Time and Attendance Payroll or Benefits
MUST have 5 years of Dayforce HCM product experience involving Product Service and Support.
Implementing the Enterprise clients for HCM product is key asset
Excellent English written and spoken is required
Analytical thinking is required
Excellent documentation skills
Coordinate and work closely with leads facilitate and conduct workshop to understand customers complex integration requirements
Identify product gaps and document requirement for these gaps including use cases technical requirements and testing criteria for internal and cross functional team.
Work closely with Solution Configuration and SI Partners to discuss and identify configuration data sets to build and map Payroll Interfaces for client.
Help to lead and facilitate internal requirement gathering discussion with Product & Technology and Value Added Service Team.
Work closely with other team members to create required testing criteria for interfaces.
Create and Stage required testing criteria to validate interfaces based on requirements and clients use cases.
Work closely with other team members to create custom reports to validate interfaces.
