This platform was designed as a safekeeping place and is the culmination of collaboration with Elders Knowledge Keepers and community members.
As a member of our collaborative Collection Management & Access team you will support the continuous improvement and daytoday administration of the digital content platform focusing on the enduser experience. You will also support EPLs digitization efforts and provide support to customers in accessing and troubleshooting EPLs online resources.
The successful candidate will have a strong connection to Indigenous communities in Alberta and be a training ambassador who effectively facilitates platform user training sessions for members of Indigenous communities and library staff across Alberta. You will mentor and support participants in sharing their stories and using the platform effectively.
As the ideal candidate you will have a strong customer service approach experience working with and consulting diverse communities and demonstrated superior communication presentation and collaboration skills.

Pay Band:
$35.43 $45.23 per hour*
*Approximately $64745 $82651 per annum based on a 35 hour work week.
Shift differential may apply in accordance with the terms and conditions of the CSU 52 Collective Agreement.
