What Youll Be Doing
As a Mortgage Solutions Advisor you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer portfolio through reactive engagement in both inbound and outbound mortgage sales inquiries. Your focus will be on not only fulfilling mortgage leads but also creating strong relationships with our business partners and our clients. You will fulfill mortgage leads inclusive of purchase refinance ports and early renewal negotiation. You will ensure targets are achieved while maintaining client satisfaction.
You will be eligible to participate in CIBCs yearend incentive award program Goals Performance Success (GPS) and you will receive a competitive base salary.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You can effectively perform all work activities remotely and will only be required to be onsite on an occasional basis.
We have embarked on an remote work program. All employees are required to meet the program requirements and be able to attend your primary work location within two hours notice for any businessrelated purposes.

The start date is July 28th 2025. Our Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm EST and Saturday 9am5pm EST. This is a fulltime and shiftoriented role wed like you to be flexible between these hours.
