Key Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and execute programs from inception to completion ensuring they align with company goals and deliver value.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope set timelines and manage resources effectively.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including status updates project plans and performance reports.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g. Airtable Wiki spreadsheets scheduling software) to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Foster clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth program execution and ontime delivery.
- Balance multiple priorities and tasks adapting to shifting requirements and deadlines as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear concise communications.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven expertise in managing programs or projects from start to finish.
- Experience coordinating multiple teams across different projects.
- Proficiency in word processing spreadsheets databases and scheduling software.
- Ideally experience with Airtable and Wiki platforms.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to shift context quickly.
