Overseeing the daily operations of the surveillance team ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Team Management:
Supervising training and evaluating surveillance agents including scheduling timekeeping and addressing employee concerns.
Investigations:
Planning and supervising investigations reviewing video footage for disputes and documenting findings.
Equipment Maintenance:
Ensuring surveillance equipment is functioning properly and recommending necessary maintenance or upgrades.
Risk Assessment:
Identifying and assessing potential security risks and threats to the operation.
Policy and Procedure Implementation:
Enforcing department standards policies and procedures and recommending revisions to incorporate best practices.
Reporting and Documentation:
Preparing and submitting administrative and investigative reports as required.
Training and Development:
Developing and delivering security systems operational training for surveillance personnel.
Incident Response:
Responding to security alerts and breaches coordinating with other departments as needed.
Data Analysis:
Analyzing data and logs from surveillance systems to identify trends and potential risks.
Qualifications :
Diploma in Security Management or Risk Management
3 years experience in a Supervisory Role
