DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with department leadership to ensure alignment of quality initiatives with overall organizational goals.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies regulatory standards and contractual obligations with a focus on exceeding quality expectations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes continuous learning and improvement.
- Act as a mentor and role model by reinforcing best practices procedural compliance and high service standards.
- Implement coaching and development strategies to support employee performance and growth.
- Review and assess the work of quality assurance team members offering constructive feedback for improvement.
- Analyze quality control data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
- Recommend and implement workflow optimizations to increase operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Keep the team informed of any updates or changes to policies procedures or quality standards.
- Supervise and guide quality control staff monitoring individual and team performance.
- Support daily operations by ensuring effective task execution and resource coordination.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of supervisors and specialists within the quality control function.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- 3 years of managerial experience leading teams of 20 or more.
- Strong leadership communication and teambuilding skills.
- Proactive resultsdriven and able to manage projects independently or collaboratively.
- Experience in quality assurance or process improvement with attention to detail and data analysis skills.
- Strategic thinker with solid decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities.
- Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and general task management tools.
- Organized dependable and committed to continuous improvement.
- Experience in compliance or industryspecific quality control (e.g. gaming) is a plus.
