Job Description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Quality Control Manager for their studios in Belgrade Serbia.

Position: Quality Control Manager

Location: Belgrade Serbia

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary bonuses


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with department leadership to ensure alignment of quality initiatives with overall organizational goals.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies regulatory standards and contractual obligations with a focus on exceeding quality expectations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes continuous learning and improvement.
  • Act as a mentor and role model by reinforcing best practices procedural compliance and high service standards.
  • Implement coaching and development strategies to support employee performance and growth.
  • Review and assess the work of quality assurance team members offering constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Analyze quality control data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Recommend and implement workflow optimizations to increase operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present performance reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Keep the team informed of any updates or changes to policies procedures or quality standards.
  • Supervise and guide quality control staff monitoring individual and team performance.
  • Support daily operations by ensuring effective task execution and resource coordination.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of supervisors and specialists within the quality control function.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • 3 years of managerial experience leading teams of 20 or more.
  • Strong leadership communication and teambuilding skills.
  • Proactive resultsdriven and able to manage projects independently or collaboratively.
  • Experience in quality assurance or process improvement with attention to detail and data analysis skills.
  • Strategic thinker with solid decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and general task management tools.
  • Organized dependable and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Experience in compliance or industryspecific quality control (e.g. gaming) is a plus.
