Oversee daily operations of assigned restaurant(s) and bar(s) to ensure smooth functioning.
Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards and operational SOPs.
Monitor cleanliness ambiance and service quality to maintain a premium guest experience.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by anticipating guest needs and delivering exceptional service.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally ensuring prompt resolution and continuous improvement.
Lead mentor and manage the F&B service team including supervisors captains and servers.
Organize ongoing training and development programs to enhance staff performance and service standards.
Conduct performance reviews and manage staff schedules attendance and grooming standards.
Prepare and manage budgets forecasts and financial plans for the outlet(s).
Monitor and control food and beverage costs wastage and operating expenses.
Drive upselling initiatives and manage revenue targets effectively.
Oversee inventory control ordering and stock management for F&B supplies.
Coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of goods.
Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Implement hotel policies regarding fire safety sanitation and guest security.
Work closely with the Executive Chef Sales & Marketing Banqueting and Front Office to ensure cohesive operations.
Attend daily briefings F&B meetings and coordinate interdepartmental efforts for guest events or promotions.
Recommend and implement new menu ideas service styles and promotional activities to enhance the outlets appeal.
Qualifications :
Minimum 15 years of experience in the F&B industry including restaurants and hotel environments.
At least 5 years in a Restaurant Manager role within a 5star hotel.
International hotel experience is strongly preferred.
Proven leadership and team management skills in highvolume premium dining settings.
Strong knowledge of F&B trends operations and luxury service standards.
