About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionateTraining & Quality Coordinatorto join our team. In this role you will assist with the provision and evaluation of clinical and nonclinical education and training programs for BaptistCare staff and volunteers. You will support the continuous improvement program for our residents and staff ensuring that our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.

About You:
To be considered you will have:
- Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Certificate III in Aged Care
- Demonstrated ability to plan coordinate and deliver education and training activities with flexible delivery options
- Sound written and oral communication skills
- Capacity to achieve goals within set timeframes
- A sound understanding of and compliance with WHS and risk management standards
- Sound computer skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Sound relationship building teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate IV in Aged Care or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
- Knowledge and experience in health residential aged care or community aged care
- Experience with computerised care programs
