The Opportunity
Youll be joining Monash at an exciting time in our history as we aspire to make leading national and international contributions to Indigenous advancement in line with our commitment outlined in Impact 2030 and our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Framework.

By joining our Indigenous Graduate Program you will be provided with an exceptional foundation for your professional career at Australias largest and most internationalised university.
This 12month program will place you in a position that aligns with your studies and desired career pathways we invite you to add your preferences via the online application process. This program is designed to boost your career prospects equip you with key skills and help you reach your full potential with the dedicated support from the Indigenous Graduate Program Coordinator.
Participants will be provided with access to bespoke intercultural learning opportunities including an international professional development trip to one of Monashs overseas campuses an on Country experience regular networking events with other participants and career development advice.
