Site Manager Warrawong FullTime Permanent

Were looking for an experienced and compassionate Site Manager to join our Warrawong team. Youll be leading a highdependency Supported Independent Living (SIL) service supporting five clients with complex disabilities high physical support needs psychosocial disabilities and complex behaviours.

Were looking for someone with:
- Proven experience managing a complex and highphysical support SIL alongside a team of Support Workers
- 5 years experience supporting people living with complex mental health diagnoses and/or psychosocial disabilities.
- An understands the importance of personcentered active support and that all staff must model this.
- Excellent written and communication abilities.
- An understanding of NDIS practice standards specifically around Behaviour Support and Restrictive Practices and continuous improvement plans.
- Openness to support staff on the floor when required.
- Professional development and performance management experience.
To be successful in this role:
- Qualifications in Social Services or a relevant field (Cert IV minimum) or significant industry experience.
- A strong understanding of NDIS practice standards behaviour support and restrictive practices and risk management principles.
- Full NSW DL
- Current First Aid and CPR certification. NDISWC and WWCC.
