What Will You Do
As a key member of the D365 Operational team the D365 Senior Developer is responsible for leading the design development and customization of Dynamics 365 solutions. By providing technical guidance and setting the standards for best practices the Senior Developer guarantees that the solutions are wellarchitected scalable and aligned with business requirements.
This will be achieved by:
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams fostering a culture of technical excellence collaboration and innovation
- Designing and developing complex integrations customizations and extensions using Dynamics 365 platform and Azure technologies
- Implementing and optimizing DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and release management processes for Dynamics 365 utilizing Azure DevOps Azure Pipelines and related tools
- Collaborating with stakeholders business analysts and project teams to define technical requirements develop technical specifications and deliver highquality solutions
- Conducting code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards best practices and quality guidelines

We dont expect you to know our industry or our business we have an internal network to support your learning. Its your D365 development skills and DevOps and CI/CD experience that we value most. We are looking for team player with:
- Extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer with a strong focus on technical leadership solution design and development
- Strong experience in D365 implementations such as F&O & CE and key related technologies being CDS Dataverse synapse and Dual Write.
- Experience in optimization and performance tuning for D365 F&O environments and CE platforms
- Demonstrated experience with Crowe Metals Accelerator (CMA)
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud PaaS services
- Indepth knowledge and handson experience with Dynamics 365 platform including configuration customization and integration using Azure technologies
- Strong expertise in DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and release management using Azure DevOps Azure Pipelines and related tools
