Responsibilities:
- Stay cool with fire safety keep it healthy and safe stay squeaky clean zapproof your work and follow all the local rules!
- Swiftly tackle enquiries ace those repairs and rock your PPE gear!
- Keep the green spaces and car parks in top shape when needed
- Stick to the plan keep things running smoothly and be an energysaving hero!
- Build awesome bonds with customers and contractors both inside and out!
About You:
- Have full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
- Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)
- Bring a positive vibe and chat like a pro!
- Dedicated to topnotch customer service and always looking sharp!
- Ready to tackle any task solo or with the squad!
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous maintenance experience including electrical plumbing or painting and decorating
- Relevant qualifications for the role
