Job Description

We are seeking a handson IT Officer with AV experience for a contract role based in Perth available now through to the end of the year. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid IT background and a practical mindset who also has exposure to AV technologies.

The Role:

Working within a dynamic environment youll support a range of IT and AV tasks including imaging and deploying lectern PCs supporting AV equipment in meeting rooms assisting with device audits and providing remote and phonebased support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Image and deploy PCs.
  • Physically install and configure devices must be comfortable with tools mounting hardware and running cabling
  • Provide daytoday AV support across various meeting spaces including Microsoft Teams Rooms
  • Assist with IT device auditing using ServiceNow
  • Deliver remote and phonebased IT support to staff and stakeholders

Your core skills:

  • Microsoft Teams Admin Center
  • Yealink Admin Center
  • Extron
  • Shure
  • Echo360

The ideal Candidate will have:

  • Solid IT support experience with some AV exposure
  • Comfortable performing handson technical installations
  • Familiar with common AV and conferencing technologies
  • Proactive practical and teamoriented
