Key Duties
- COGS management and financial reporting
- Establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
- Manage food service operations and oversee the retail environment
- Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service to achieve mutually rewarding outcomes
- Lead and manage an effective team through development and training
- Driving operational efficiency to maximise financial results without compromising quality
The Person
- Minimum 1 year experience managing a cafe or similar
- Experience in a comparable retail environment is essential
- Cooking experience background preferred but not essential
- Sound commercial knowledge or willingness to learn
- Must have a national police clearance or willingness to obtain one
- Demonstrated experience at management level qualifications in hospitality with business management preferred
- Proactive leader who is professional positive supportive and motivated with experience in recruiting mentoring training and developing a team of hospitality professionals
