About the Role
Lead the voice of our community at Holstep Health.
Were seeking a passionate Consumer & Community Engagement Lead to develop and implement a codesigned engagement framework that strengthens consumer and community participation across our organisation. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager this role will drive collaboration inclusivity and innovation to embed community voices at the heart of our services.
Youll work closely with leadership internal teams and external partners to create meaningful connections and build capacity for engagement. If youre committed to communityled change and have a strategic mindset this is a key leadership role for you.
Key Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in community development community services public health or related field
- Proven experience codesigning community engagement frameworks in health or social service organisations
- Strong skills in facilitating consumer and community engagement activities within budget
- Ability to provide expert advice on engagement strategies for diverse target groups
- Experience in developing implementing and evaluating community campaigns
- Excellent communication skills able to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Desirable
- Experience working with vulnerable or atrisk communities
- Background in forpurpose community organisations
- Sensitivity to culturally diverse and disadvantaged populations
