Job Description
At Scope we celebrate people.
This home supports a mixture of female and male clients with high dependency and highphysical support needs. Support needs includemealtime and epilepsy management full personal care bowel care/enema and dysphagia support. If you are a support worker who is handson compassionate and committed to providing comprehensive care then this role is for you.
We have short shifts available such as 610am 69am 28pm 210pm and 2:30 6:30pm. Please do not apply if you are not able to do short shifts.

Your new role:
- Supporting adults with complex mental health and intellectual and physical disabilities in an independent living model.
- Following positive behaviour support and care support plans as directed by clinical teams and site managers.
- Encouraging capacity building to enhance clients current skills such as hygiene safe relationships domestic duties using public transport and accessing the community safely.
- Promoting choice and controland show willingness to participate in clients day to day routines goals and interests.
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
Some of our requirements:
- P2 NSW Drivers License or higher
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
- Working with Childrens check and NDIS Workers check or willingness to obtain
