Project/Program Manager Cybersecurity Maturity Uplift
About the Role
Kinetic Group is looking for a Cyber Security Project/Program Manager with a strong background in project delivery and cyber security transformation to lead the implementation of a global cyber uplift program. The successful candidate will oversee the rollout of a centralised CSOC vulnerability management ISO 27001/PCI DSS certification efforts and internal capability uplift across multiple regions (AU NZ UK).
What You Will Do
- Own and drive the endtoend delivery of the Cyber Maturity Uplift Program.
- Manage a multistream project plan covering ISO 27001 PCI DSS CSOC onboarding vulnerability management and vendor risk governance.
- Facilitate RFI/RFP processes vendor selection contract execution and onboarding.
- Track project timelines risks budgets and dependencies; provide regular updates to the Steering Committee and executives.
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure local alignment and delivery success.
- Manage external partners consultants and tool integrations.
- Support the hiring onboarding and coordination of internal cyber resources.
- Prepare and present reports dashboards and risk/issue logs for executive consumption.
What You Will Need
- Strong and successful experience in program/project management with at least 3 years focused on cyber security or GRC programs.
- Proven experience delivering ISO 27001 and/or PCI DSS compliance initiatives.
- Experience managing SIEM/SOAR CSOC onboarding and thirdparty security vendors.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
- Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid).
- Certifications preferred: PMP PRINCE2 CISM ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or equivalent.
- Experience working across multiregion/multivendor environments is highly desirable.
