The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will play a key role in developing features that help our users build stronger professional networks. From building userfriendly workflows to shaping data pipelines and enhancing AIdriven matching algorithms your work will directly influence our product and user experience. Youll collaborate closely with product managers and designers and take ownership of critical projects that move the business forward.
Responsibilities

Design and implement usercentric features using Rails and React

Lead large highimpact projects with autonomy and accountability

Write clean scalable welltested and maintainable code

Collaborate in a feedbackdriven environment focused on innovation and simplicity

Contribute to a product and engineering culture that values learning and impact
Requirements

7 years of experience in software development

Strong experience working in startup environments on production web applications

Proficiency in both Rails and React (mandatory)

C2level English proficiency (spoken and written)

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to our codebase

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
