What the job involves..

Developing testing and maintaining custom applications and CMSbased websites using Laravel
-
Collaborating with frontend developers and designers on user interfaces
-
Integrating thirdparty APIs and services (e.g. CRMs payment gateways)
-
Writing clean maintainable and welldocumented code
-
Participating in code reviews testing and QA
-
Working within Agile or Kanban workflows providing estimates and updates
-
Debugging and enhancing existing applications
-
Staying current with development trends and technologies
What you need to be considered..
-
3 years of PHP development experience with a strong focus on Laravel (v8
-
Proficiency in MySQL and solid database design knowledge
-
Strong grasp of RESTful APIs and JSON
-
Familiarity with Git version control
-
Experience using Composer NPM and other build tools
-
Understanding of HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and (or similar frameworks)

Great debugging and problemsolving skills

Previous experience in a digital agency or handling multiple clients is a big plus
Bonus points if you..

Have experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Statamic

Understand server environments like Linux cPanel or Forge
-
Have exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
-
Are familiar with SEO performance optimisation and analytics integration
