Job Objective
The Senior Business Development Executive will drive sales client acquisition and revenue growth in architecture interior design and construction. The role requires 35 years of industry experience strong networking skills and a civil engineering background (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research.
- Manage inbound inquiries schedule client meetings and ensure smooth communication.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects designers and developers.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project .
- Attend industry events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain sales reports and update CRM tools.
Qualifications & Skills
- 35 years of business development experience in architecture interior design or construction.
- Strong sales negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office.
