Responsibilities
1 Create and maintain a comprehensive library of WordPress documentation including user manuals tutorials and guides.
2 Write and edit documentation to ensure clarity accuracy and consistency.
3 Collaborate with developers designers and support staff to ensure documentation reflects the latest product updates and features.
4 Organize and maintain documentation in a userfriendly and easily searchable format.
5 Respond to user feedback and incorporate suggestions for improving documentation.
6 Keep uptodate with the latest WordPress trends and changes and ensure documentation reflects these updates.
7 Develop and maintain relationships with the WordPress community including attending meetups and contributing to forums and social media.
8 Debugging user issues and helping with their queries.
9 Add new features to plugins
10 Fix bugs
Qualifications
1 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2 Familiarity with WordPress including its core functionality plugins and themes.
3 Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5 Knowledge of HTML CSS and other web technologies is a plus.
