Maintenance Mechanic
The Maintenance Mechanical position focuses on HVAC systems and requires a handson approach to complete repairs and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems including chillers cooling towers and associated electrical and pneumatic systems. Qualifications
- Must have a certificate for refrigerant type 1 and 2
- GED or equivalent education
- 7 years of HVAC facilityrelated work experience or comparable work experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance processes and safe work practices
- Certification as a Universal Technician for CFCs (or within 90 days of employment)

- Prepare and submit requests for parts purchase and purchase orders
- Assist other mechanics and electricians with repairs and maintenance tasks
- Maintain tools and order supplies as required for installation and repairs
- Keep logs document equipment repairs and close work orders accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with safety policies
- Evaluate train teach and coach a workforce of engineers and maintenance technicians as requested
