We RentoMojo were founded by IITM alums and serial entrepreneurs who worked out of almost every major city in India in his first five years of corporate career. Frustrated with the hassles of relocating from one place to the other and tired of finding that perfect cluster of home essentials that suited their lifestyle.

RentoMojo caters to the needs of the working professionals which is unmet due to the nonavailability of furnished rental flats by offering furniture and appliances on a rental basis thus providing more flexibility than owning the expensive furniture and appliances.
Currently we have 130000 subscribers with a typical rental period of 12 14 months. The current market size (as per a recent report by Grant Thornton) is estimated to be US$ 4.1 Billion and expected to grow to US$ 13 Billion by 2025.
With 1000 people in operations the company has a presence in 16 cities across India. Looking back Rentomojo has not only made a new market of leases which never existed for the consumer they have also become market leaders in the consumer rental industry. Unlike the norm they are now seeing a reverse trend wherein a version of ours is being copied in the US and UK. We are also profitable at monthly PAT since Oct 2021.

ROLE: Graphic Designer
LOCATION: Bangalore
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
- Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for digital and print media including social media posts website banners email campaigns brochures and advertisements.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing product and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Collaborate with content writers and other designers to produce highquality designs.
Innovation and Trends:
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to keep our visuals fresh and innovative.
- Propose new ideas and concepts for campaigns and initiatives.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field.
- 45 years of professional graphic design experience preferably in an ecommerce or rental business environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for designing web graphics.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
