Job Description

Overview
The Relationship Manager for Motor Insurance plays a critical role in fostering and managing client relationships while providing specialized expertise in motor insurance products. This position is essential as it involves directly engaging with customers to understand their needs provide appropriate insurance solutions and ensure high levels of satisfaction. The Relationship Manager acts as a bridge between the customer and the company promoting the value of motor insurance coverage while building longterm business relationships. Additionally through thorough market analysis and constant communication the Relationship Manager ensures that the organization remains competitive in the rapidly evolving insurance landscape. The successful candidate will possess a mix of sales acumen industry knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to navigate complex customer queries and requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the motor insurance segment.
  • Conduct consultations to identify clients specific motor insurance needs.
  • Provide detailed information about motor insurance products and benefits.
  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage options.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with their policies.
  • Handle client inquiries complaints and renewals in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with underwriting and claims departments to ensure service excellence.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to optimize service delivery.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff on motor insurance products.
  • Develop monthly reports on client feedback and market insights.
  • Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build personal brand.
  • Implement marketing strategies to enhance client acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in motor insurance or financial services.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of motor insurance products and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated sales experience with measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customeroriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  • Knowledge of claims processes and underwriting criteria.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients as needed.
  • Active professional certifications in insurance (e.g. CPCU AINS) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital insurance platforms and tools.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and industry knowledge.
