Job Overview:
The ECommerce Manager will be responsible for managing and scaling Artarium s online sales channels ensuring smooth operations and enhancing customer experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in handling D2C and B2B ecommerce with expertise in marketplace management website optimization and digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
ECommerce Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement a robust D2C & B2B ecommerce strategy to boost online sales.
- Manage Artarium s website (Shopify WooCommerce or custom platform) and optimize for better conversion rates.
- Expand brand presence across online marketplaces (Amazon Flipkart Myntra Nykaa etc. and B2B platforms.
- Identify new growth opportunities including partnerships bulk orders and corporate sales.
Marketplace & Website Management
- Handle endtoend product listings pricing promotions and catalog optimization.
- Ensure smooth inventory management order fulfillment and logistics coordination.
- Optimize customer experience with UX/UI improvements and streamlined checkout processes.
- Monitor product performance reviews and customer feedback to drive improvements.
Digital Marketing & Performance Analysis
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic via SEO SEM paid ads email marketing and social media.
- Track key ecommerce KPIs (conversion rates ROAS AOV customer retention etc. and implement datadriven strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor analysis and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
B2B Expansion & Partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients wholesalers and distributors.
- Leverage B2B platforms like IndiaMART Udaan TradeIndia to expand wholesale business.
- Negotiate pricing contracts and bulk order partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
3 years of experience in ecommerce management preferably handling both D2C & B2B brands.
Proven expertise in marketplace operations (Amazon Flipkart etc. and website management (Shopify WooCommerce).
Strong knowledge of SEO SEM PPC Facebook Ads and ecommerce analytics tools.
Experience in B2B sales bulk orders and corporate partnerships.
Datadriven mindset with a strong analytical approach.
Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
