Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP IBP Consultant/Developer/Specialist (choose one) to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in designing implementing and supporting SAP IBP solutions for our clients/internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in optimizing their supply chain planning processes and driving business value through effective utilization of the SAP IBP platform.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Implementation: Lead/Participate in the design configuration and implementation of SAP IBP solutions including demand planning supply planning S&OP and response & supply.
- Requirements Gathering: Elicit and analyze business requirements translate them into functional specifications and design appropriate IBP solutions to meet those needs.
- Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize the SAP IBP system to meet specific business requirements including master data setup planning processes and reporting.
- Data Integration: Design and implement data integration processes between SAP IBP and other systems (e.g. SAP ERP other planning systems) using standard integration tools and techniques.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the quality and stability of the IBP solution.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to endusers on the SAP IBP system and related processes. Develop user documentation and training materials.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues related to the SAP IBP system including performance issues data inconsistencies and functional errors.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay uptodate with the latest SAP IBP features and functionalities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Project Management: (For Senior Roles) Lead or contribute to project planning and delivery ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Client/Stakeholder Management: (For Consulting Roles) Effectively communicate with clients/stakeholders manage expectations and build strong relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Information Systems or a related field.
- Number years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP IBP solutions.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes including demand planning supply planning S&OP and response & supply.
- Handson experience with SAP IBP configuration and customization.
- Experience with data integration between SAP IBP and other systems.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- SAP IBP certification is a plus.
- Experience with other SAP modules (e.g. PP MM SD) is a plus.
- Experience in Specific Industry is a plus.
