Compensation: $25$35 per hour paid weekly

Position Overview
As an Online Chat Support Specialist you will be responsible for assisting customers through live chat. You will help users with login issues billing inquiries subscription modifications and basic troubleshooting. The company provides scripted responses detailed workflows and a knowledge base to ensure consistent professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries promptly via live chat
Assist with account access payment updates and subscription management
Use prewritten scripts and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy
Document each interaction thoroughly and escalate issues as needed
Maintain a courteous and professional tone in all communications

Starting pay: $25/hour
Raises available to $30$35/hour after 30 qualityapproved shifts
Shift selection is done weekly through a selfservice scheduling platform. Shifts are available 24/7. Minimum 15 hours per week required.
Training and amp; Onboarding
2hour online onboarding program
Practice chats with simulated customers
First live shift monitored for quality assurance
Paid shifts begin within 35 business days
Sample Shift Experience
On a typical shift you might assist a customer who forgot their password another needing help applying a discount and a third wanting to update billing information. All interactions are handled via live chat using companyprovided scripts and internal tools.
