Job Title: Remote Live Chat Support Specialist
Compensation: $25$35 per hour paid weekly
Location: Fully remote global applicants welcome
Schedule: Flexible 48 hour shifts; 1540 hours/week

Role Summary
As a Live Chat Support Specialist you will assist customers via live chat with login issues billing questions subscription management and troubleshooting. Using companyprovided scripts and workflows you will deliver timely and consistent support.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to live chat inquiries
Assist with password resets billing updates and subscription changes
Use scripted replies and SOPs to ensure consistency
Document and escalate issues as needed
Maintain professional and empathetic communication

Starting pay: $25/hour
Raises to $30$35/hour after 30 QAapproved shifts
Shifts available 24/7; selfscheduling platform
Minimum 15 hours per week
Training and amp; Onboarding
2hour online onboarding
Practice chats with simulated customers
First shift monitored by QA
Paid work begins within 35 days
