Job Position: CNC Operator
Location: Neosho MO 64850
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Shift: Monday Thursday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM 1st Shift)
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Operator for our client in Neosho MO. This is a temptohire opportunity offering weekly pay and benefits. The ideal candidate will have prior CNC machine operation experience and a strong understanding of blueprint interpretation and part inspection.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machinery in a production environment
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining
Utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other tools to inspect parts and maintain quality standards
Conduct routine equipment maintenance and basic repairs
Fabricate components using various tools and machinery while adhering to safety protocols
Requirements:
Must be able to work in a nonclimatecontrolled environment
Reliable transportation and strong attendance required
Prior CNC machine operating experience preferred
Must be able to pass a preemployment background check
Proficiency with calipers micrometers and other precision measuring tools
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced setting
