Job Description
Job Title: Assembler
Pay: $20$24/hour
Shift: MondayFriday 5:00 PM 3:30 AM
Location: Catoosa OK
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Final Assembler to join our team in Catoosa. This role is critical to the production process ensuring all cooler assemblies are completed accurately efficiently and are customerready. The ideal candidate will work well in a team setting and demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hand assembly of cooler components
Utilize hand and power tools to assemble both components and final coolers
Interpret blueprints work orders and schematics to plan and execute tasks
Conduct testing and disassembly of units for shipment
Operate manlifts and overhead cranes as needed
Maintain a clean safe and hazardfree work environment
Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor
What Were Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing setting
Mechanical aptitude and ability to read and understand blueprints
Selfmotivated and detailoriented
Team player with strong communication skills
Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights (up to 6 feet)
Ability to climb stoop kneel crouch and stand for extended periods
Excellent handeye coordination
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Familiarity with Job Safety Analysis (JSA) PPE use and work instructions
Pride in delivering quality work and final product
