Job Description
Seldin Company is seeking a Part Time Residential Monitor for Rebekah Manorapartment community in Norfolk NE. This is a HUD Senior property with 100 units.

What You Will Do
The Residential Monitor is responsible for monitoring the residential property in accordance with Seldin Company policy and procedures.
Essential Functions:
- Monitor and Respond to Pull Cords.
- Responds to OnCall and Emergency AfterHours Calls.
- Common area and Office cleaning.
- Maintains overall security and operational control of the facility.
- Maintains chronological written records of events that occur during the shift.
- Monitors resident hallways.
- Monitors main and secondary entrances to the facility and answers telephones.
- Responds to all fire and rescue calls to the property.
- Attend all staff meetings and training.
- Remove trash from the maintenance shop.
- Transport waste to the dumpster.
- Replenishes trash supplies as needed.
- Remove dog waste from the grounds.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to prioritize work in a changing atmosphere and maintain confidentiality
General cleaning experience
